WordPress 代码段：禁用 Emoji 表情图标

由于 Emoji 表情图标是直接引用的 WordPress.org 的 CDN 源，直接使用会导致网站速度变慢，同时对于做 SEO 站群的用户来说，一般都用不到 Emoji 表情图标，还是直接禁用的比较好。
